International Orders: Pascoe Gallery values and welcomes our international clientele. For customers placing orders for international delivery, additional logistics and shipping expenses may apply to ensure your package can withstand the long journey. In such cases, Pascoe Gallery will contact the customer to approve the extra cost and coordinate the shipping of the piece. Pascoe Gallery reserves the right to hold the order and charge an extra shipping fee.

 

The additional fee, equivalent to the cost of shipping to the designated international address, must be paid by the customer before the order is dispatched. Our team will coordinate directly with the customer to facilitate this payment, ensuring a clear and transparent process.

 

Shipping Partners: We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS for reliable and efficient delivery.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages: In the rare event of a lost or stolen package, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Delivery Times: Upon receiving your order, we aim to process it promptly. Please allow 2 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. Following dispatch, delivery times will vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking information to monitor your package's progress from our hands to yours.
